Shoe Box Ministry
A Little info about Operation Christmas Child/Shoe Box Ministry
Q. WHAT IS THE MISSION OF OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD?
A. The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to needy children around the world, and together with the local church worldwide, to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.
A. Samaritan’s Purse is a Christian relief and evangelism organization led by Franklin Graham.
Each year we pack shoe boxes for Samaritan’s Purse/Operation Christmas Child. You can help by dropping off any of the items below to our church. We collect items all year long.
In November we pack the shoeboxes and prepare them for shipment to Samaritan’s Purse/Operation Christmas Child. They will distribute the shoe boxes to children all over the world.
You could also help with shipping costs. It will cost $9 per shoebox to get the shoe box to the child it was packed for. Any amount donated will help. Thank you!
We have preprinted Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes at our church.
